Sales Representative (Outside Sales) - Arlington, Colorado Springs, TX, Tyler, TX, Denver, CO and Houston, TX
Crosspoint Communications, an Elite partner of Motorola Solutions Inc, is currently searching for Outside Sales Representatives. We are a fast-growing communications solutions company that is looking to add to our awesome sales team in four different locations. We faithfully and competently serve a large base of Commercial and Public Safety clients.
We are extremely selective of who we want to join our team, but we do have openings in Denver, Colorado Springs, Arlington, Tyler and the Houston, Texas area. If you are a confident, positive and creative thinker, and you like people, can work independently AND are looking for a rewarding career… we need to talk to you. Previous outside sales experience is desired.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop a “trusted advisor” role with all of our clients. Ability to engage in IT conversations and great presentations skills are a must. You will be talking to high level executives, so if you’re not comfortable in that kind of environment, please do not apply.

What we ask of you :
Make personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers
Assist clients with problem solving, projects, quotes, orders in assigned account base
Establish and maintain customer relationship in order to grow profitable sales
Stay current on existing and emerging products/technologies
Introduce and demonstrate new products to assigned accounts.
Generate profitable sales/service orders
Understand and report competitive landscape
Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company
Complete sales calls, forecasts and expense reports in a timely manner
Be a good listener and have excellent time management skills
Translate customer needs into a solution that resolves their issues
Appetite to learn and retain information regarding products and timelines
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional/trade associations as needed.
Contribute to the team effort by providing support when needed
Help us to continue to grow and expand
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Proven track record with outside sales desired
Proficiency with numbers, forecasting, business acumen and time management.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are required.
Team player internal and external to Crosspoint Communications
Office 365 / Salesforce.com knowledgeable
Daily business attire required and must provide own transportation. Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screenings.
