Comprehensive Job Description

Crosspoint Communications is a Premier Motorola Solutions Sales & Service provider providing wireless communications solutions to commercial business’s. We are currently looking for an individual to run the day to day operations of our Arizona Sales team based out of Phoenix AZ.

 

 

Considerations:

Must have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate our sales team to the full extent of their capabilities. Industry experience in the wireless communications industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the following:

 Prior management experience leading Sales Teams
 Computer literate with proficiency in Sales Force (CRM), MS Word, Excel, Outlook
 Strong time-management skills
 Ability to work well with Customers, manufactures as well as internal departments.
 Strong communication and presentation skills
 Ability to solve problems quickly during stressful situations

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

 Daily organization, mentoring and guidance for the sales team
 Challenging the team every day to cultivate projects within their accounts
 Motivate the Sales Team with growing overall service business
 Train the staff using industry best practices
 Forecast oversight through sales force
 Grow overall sales business YOY
 Hiring for current and future open sales related positions


Specific Knowledge/Skills:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate systems expertise and have a minimum of 5 years of related experience with the following equipment:

 RF Voice and Data Communications Systems
 Dispatch Consoles
 Camera Systems
 BDA/DAS Systems
 Computer IP Networks & Configuration
 Emergency Notification Systems (Sirens)

 

The candidate must be able to travel as necessary. They must maintain accurate and updated documentation, charts, and reports.
