Job Title: Purchasing Agent

Location:  Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary: As the Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for buying goods and services for the entire company maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity within the processes. Two years of experience as a purchasing agent is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validating purchase requests by comparing to master lists, clarifying unclear items, and recommending alternatives.
  • Verifying inventory items.
  • Preparing purchase orders by verifying specifications, prices, substitutions and getting manager approval if needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Monitor purchasing schedules and deliveries.
  •  Preparing and maintaining reports for purchasing.
  • Process Sales and Rental orders.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change to business needs and goals.
  • Exhibit a business-like appearance and demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Have reliable transportation.
